Job Description:
* Develop and implement service programs by assessing patient needs, setting goals, and outlining interventions to ensure quality nursing and patient care. * Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional health, including medical history, physical exams, and interviews with patients and families. * Develop individualized care plans by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs. * Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, performing medical procedures as prescribed. * Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to adjust care plans and improve service programs based on data and feedback. * Educate and train nursing staff on new service programs, protocols, and best practices to maintain high standards of care. * Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure clear understanding and coordination of care plans. * Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting bodies by adhering to established policies, procedures, and standards. * Supervise and guide nursing personnel in delivering safe, therapeutic, and quality patient care, maintaining a professional rapport with all team members.
Education: • Associate's of Nursing [Required] • Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]
Work Experience: • 1+ acute care experience [Required] • 1+ leadership experience [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications: • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] • Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) [Preferred] • Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Preferred] • Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
